We’ve been steadily integrating AI into our workflows - not by chasing every shiny new tool, but by building a foundation that lasts.

We began with practical, secure AI solutions for everyday tasks: drafting documents, summarizing meetings, structuring investment memos. These gave us immediate value without overwhelming our teams.

From there, we learned what worked - and where the gaps were. That’s when we began implementing more specialized, sector-relevant AI tools to help with deal screening, portfolio insights, and market analysis.

Staying ahead of emerging trends is a shared effort - and an important responsibility for company leadership. While we make it a point at the management level to monitor and assess new developments, we welcome and value initiatives from every team member who spots opportunities or tools worth exploring.

When we partner with other companies, we often adapt their best practices to fit our needs, combining external inspiration with internal discipline.

Of course, AI’s biggest challenge today is choice. The market is flooded with solutions, and what’s cutting-edge now might be obsolete in a year. This raises a big question: 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐀𝐈 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐚𝐝?

For now, our approach is simple:

🤖 Start small, learn fast.

🤖Build internal AI literacy before going deep.

🤖Select tools that align with our strategy - not just the hype.
