In our tests, we found that Notion’s AI capabilities go far beyond simple note-taking:

🧮Summaries and action items are generated automatically, making follow-up much faster and less prone to oversight.

🏃Context about people - whether it’s “ultramarathon runner” or “passionate about outdoor activities” - is stored alongside deal and meeting notes, enriching relationship-building.

🗃️All of this is organized in a structured database, meaning nothing gets lost and everything is searchable.

We’ve also found that Notion’s sections can be designed in a visually engaging way. A touch of color 🎨, a well-placed icon - small things, but they make a difference. When a workspace looks good, it’s more inviting to use, and that improves consistency and adoption across the team.

It’s not just about storage, though. With calendar integration, Notion starts to manage the meeting lifecycle for us - before, during, and after the conversation. That’s where it shifts from being just another tool to becoming a true operational partner.
